Pupil Voice
We listen and respond to the views of our pupils in many ways on a day to day basis through the relationships we build between our staff and pupils which is fundamental to our ethos and values. However, we also have formal way of hearing the voices of our pupils.
We have a very active School Council made up of pupils from Year 2 to year 6. The School Council is led by the pupil Executive Committee which comprises Year 6 pupils, elected to the positions of Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
The School Council meet approximately once each half term with an allocated staff member or the Headteacher to discuss the work of the school and to make suggestions for changes. We also survey our pupils to establish their views on a wide range of issues to support the work of our School Development Plan. The results of our most recent pupil survey can be found here:
